Our goal is to transform Paramhans School into a model institution that not only educates children but also empowers families, strengthens communities, and preserves cultural heritage. Through infrastructure expansion, advanced curriculum, vocational training, and holistic development initiatives, we aim to create a self-sustaining ecosystem of learning and growth.

Key Focus Areas for the Future

1. Expansion of School Infrastructure

Why? To accommodate more students and provide a world-class learning environment.

Our plan includes:

Constructing new classrooms, libraries, and laboratories to enhance learning.
Developing a state-of-the-art computer lab and digital learning center to introduce children to modern education technologies.
Building hostel facilities for students from remote and marginalized areas.
Setting up a multipurpose hall for training programs, extracurricular activities, and workshops.
Developing sports and recreation areas to encourage physical well-being and team-building skills.

Goal: Expand our capacity to educate and support over 1,000+ students in the next five years.

2. Strengthening Vocational & Skill Development Programs

Why? To equip students with practical skills for employment and entrepreneurship.

Our plan includes:

Expanding our digital literacy program – Teaching coding, computer applications, and online entrepreneurship.
Introducing job-oriented training courses in fields like handicrafts, tailoring, farming, carpentry, and electrical work.
Establishing career counseling and mentorship programs to guide students towards higher education and employment.
Providing startup grants and micro-financing opportunities for students and parents to start their own businesses.

Creating a cultural education curriculum that teaches local history, Jain and Buddhist teachings, and Vaishali’s heritage.

Goal: Preserve and promote local culture while educating students about India’s historical and democratic roots.

6. Women Empowerment & Adult Education Initiatives
